"Keirsten was very tentative we have plenty of options in Mexican restaurants from home to here we travel from Midland but the service it great the food is great highly recommend. Dessert is good too"

"Chips were good. Salsa was very mild not my favorite. Chicken fajitas were a decent portion. Didn’t look great but were decent. I think 3 stars is average and not bad at all. 4 and above is man I can’t wait to go back."

"Great Ambience from start to finish-The Salsa w/our Chips were Amazingly tasty yet delish. But unfortunately the Flautas were beyond Greasy & sadly dripping more grease -Yikes! The Friendly Waitress just happen to be the manager & all I asked was if she would kindly replace one of the 2 Chicken flautas w/a Beef one & she said “No” - Enough said, I’ve been doing “Grand Openings” of Restaurants over 20 years & Never once would we not Only replace the dish & No Questions asked either -Sadly we shall never be going back to “Los Amigos”"

"Stopped in for lunch me and my wife I got traditional tacos corn beef onions cilantro she got a big thing of fajitas with shrimp didn't take very long the food came out not going to lie the flavor of the meats was delicious what I had a problem with was how they plated the tacos they only give you one shell the meat was so wet that it bled through the shell and it was very hard to even put the taco in your face all over your hands and fell apart instead of being cheap with only giving out one taco shell you should give an extra shell like every other Mexican restaurant in the world does other than the tacos being extremely impossible to eat because they fell apart they tasted really good my wife liked her food and the bill was not bad. When I told the waitress about the tacos falling apart because you only received one show she said well you can purchase extra ones for $1.50 as I'm thinking in my head or you could just build the taco the way you're supposed to because of the taco falling apart in my hands I probably won't be back because there's a lot of Mexican restaurants and they don't do it wrong."

"We stopped at Los Amigos in Mt. Pleasant on a Saturday evening around 7pm for dinner. The open sign was lit, but there was only one car in the parking lot, so we were concerned that maybe there was a problem with the food or service and people didn’t want to eat there…. Not the case at all though. We were promptly seated, the service was great, and the food was excellent! Their prices are pretty much standard. The portion size of my fajita nachos was on the small size for a dinner portion, but again the quality made up for the size. The restaurant is a little off the main road, but easy enough to spot. One minor complaint I did have was that they were sweeping and mopping the dining room floor while we were eating. They kept their distance, but the smell of bleach was a little off putting as we were trying to eat. Also, as we left, the servers both looked at as and kept talking to each other, not acknowledging us as we left. Not big things that would keep us from going back, but enough to not give five stars."
