"Super disappointed. Stopped here because it was busy and seemed like it would be a tasty bite. Ordered a chocolate milkshake and received a vanilla milkshake made with chocolate syrup which was confusing considering they have chocolate ice cream, when I asked apparently they have two kinds of milkshakes and I was supposed to know to order with actually chocolate ice cream. Instead of just fixing it and giving me what I ordered they rather give me a refund which is fine even though I offered to pay the difference and I gave the drink back... I'll grab one from somewhere with better customer service. Also, what is this mess!? Like I paid for this and this is how you give it to me. I should have gotten a refund on everything"
