"Made an appointment for a physical over 2 months in advance. Less than 2 weeks before the appointment I get a call saying that it needs to be rescheduled because the doctor is taking walk in patients that day. The next available appointment is 6 weeks out and past the date that my deductible renews. Since when do walk ins get priority over scheduled patients??"

"Tried to get a MRI done through the VA community care. This clinic won't do it unless your an established patient. I've used Lac View off and on in tandem with the VA since it started the old clinic. I just went ahead and had my authorization changed to Aspirus"
