"Everytime I order subs online they don't have the orders right the subs are never right like they don't know how to read would never order here again"

I'm sorry but you hired in to do this kind of work and the pay is based on this kind of work. Take the tip off the credit card machine. If you the owner thinks they should make more, then pay them more."

"Ordered subs online & when we got home after picking them up, they had made them on the wrong bread. Also, sandwichs each were soaked with Mayo & Garlic Anoli sauces. What a freakin mess as it was dripping & sandwiches were falling apart. What a difference it makes on who's making sandwiches at Subway."

"Order on the app didn’t get the sub I order and paid for.manager was rude on the phone when I ask about the item that I order she said she doesn’t have to have them in the store per her choice as why I wasn’t contacted about the item manager say she called when in fact she didn’t ask for me to drive back to the store for so she can fix the subs ask for her boss info and she refused to give me info will never be coming back to this location again have eaten at this location. Several times for my lunch after work, or during work will not be returning until Manager is fired or removed from her position.manage also said she will call back after giving number and no call back for her boss or upper in command won’t get a refund"
