"A complete joke, tonight I had to do a brake job on my sister's car so I called the deli to make sure they were open and to see what time they close the woman said they'll stop taking orders at 8:00 p.m. I got the car done at 7:20 I had 10 phone calls to the deli and nobody would answer so then I called the store to see if there's a problem and she informed me the deli was really busy and I would have to wait my turn I understand that the store number doesn't take orders I was not asking for them to I was curious why the phone just rings for 40 min with no answer in the deli??? But then it's 8pm and she wont answer any way Different stores have different rules but just a few years ago I ran that deli and we took orders right up until 20min to close To be clear the deli person was nice just didn't answer the phone The person that was in the store was rude and sarcastic so i drove to town for dinner and will never go back to that place for any reason"

"The family meal deal says you can do 3 toppings per pizza. When I asked to borrow the toppings from the first pizza to the second pizza (1 cheese pizza, 1 deluxe) I was told no, even though the toppings used still work out to be the same math. This is ridiculous, if I’m literally using the same amount of toppings. Also, the older lady that works there is extremely rude and unprofessional. I most likely won’t be returning."

"Came in on Wednesday evening (before 5) and the older lady working was VERY rude. I totally understand that people have bad days but man, every time I’ve ordered and she’s working it’s never a good experience. Probably won’t be returning."

"I normally don't have issues with my order but I ordered 2 bbq chicken subs and they put lettuce, tomatoes, and mayonnaise on it.. No I didn't ordered that on them. I'm thinking the new cooks don't know what goes on what subs."

"We used to come here atleast once a week for pizza and breadsticks, but in the last couple years they have changed staff, and the older women working in the deli is very rude and unfriendly. She never makes our order correctly, we ask for extra butter and parm on the breadsticks, and they’re always dry with almost nothing on them, the nacho cheese sauce is always cold out of the refrigerator, even when we ask for it warm, and the sticks and pizza have been slightly doughy. The wait time is always very long when ordering carry out, at least 45-60 min on average, sometimes I have waited longer. Bring back the high quality food, and move the old lady somewhere else, and we might start visiting more."
