"Usually have great service here. 4 employees, line hasnt moved in 30 minutes. We had a pickup order so went to the window they hadn’t started our order yet. They claimed they couldn’t make an iced Carmel mocha, then they threw some syrup in a cup with plain unsweetened coffee. Disgusting. Please hire employees that will actually do their jobs."

"Can't ever seem to open the lobby,doesn't matter what time of day. 6pm drive through wrapped to the road while you can see employees in the lobby fooling around & playing on thier phones. This used to be one of the best mcdonalds, but now its probably the worst in the area. The last three times ive been here we've been unable to get food here. Pretty sad for a corporate location"

"Great experience at this location every time. Fast and friendly service all day with dine-in and delivery. The line for drive thru could be 20 vehicles long and you will still end up with your order within about 5 minutes and it will be correct. Fries may not be as fresh as you would like but the order will be correct."

"My fries are always brown and almost burnt. Why is the dining room always locked? There are tables in there for a reason, right? I just don’t get it. We go here frequently and each time I keep hoping it’ll get better and it doesn’t. Nice employees but none that seem to care enough."

"Ordered for curbside pickup. Waited more than 10 minutes and called the store. They assured me they would be out in three minutes. Never showed, and since the dining room was locked at 3pm on a Sunday and we couldn't go in and get our food, we just left. Annoying thing is we will have to dispute the charge on our credit card since McDonald's doesn't offer a way to cancel orders that you don't receive. Scam if I ever heard one."
