"I've been to a few across the nation. Never understood the hype. Gave this one a try and was impressed. Workers were accommodating. Ingredients were quality. Prices are a bit high, but it's inclusive with what extras you pick. Seemingly no dine in trays though."

"I truly don't understand the hype. The burgers are average, they don't melt the cheese on the patties, and the mushrooms taste like they're from a can. I will say, though, the fries are delicious. It's just too expensive for fast food and the quality."

"Was late to pick up my food order, and the staff offered to remake my food so I could take fresh dinner home. I had a bad day so I appreciated the kindness. I wasn't going to ask, but since they offered, I did. Burger and milkshake were very tasty."

"ordered online, showed up on time, took and additional 30 minutes to get food. Burgers were in the window the whole time dying, why we waited on the $6 cups of French fries. It used to be ok because you got a ton of extra fries in the back , but not now, we got three small dixie cups of fries for $20... burger tasted good, but ordered lettuce and there might be one flake. I'm not opposed to paying for good food ($60 for three burgers and three fries), but Mr. Burger on Northland would have been much, much better."

"I’m thrilled to finally have a Five Guys near my house, but my first stop at this location wasn’t great. Service was a little slow and the fries were undercooked - I think they missed a step. I’m hoping this is just growing pains & I’ll update this review once they get the kinks worked out. UPDATE: Changed from 3 stars to 4. Went back a week later and the fries were what they should be. The reason this isn't a 5 is because of the prices - they're really high."
