"I usually only do good reviews, I don't come here often but the last few times it's been disappointing consistently. Forgot my sauce 2x, fries once and I came back and did get extra but they were all old. Barely any spicy mayo on the spicy chicken sandwich and bread was dry. Certain employees wouldn't do 2 orders in one car but others would."

"KFC has given up and this one on Plainfield is leading the pack on horrible service and bad attitude. The lady in front of me at the drive thru was asking the price of something because the price was not on the menu board and some loudmouth on the speaker kept telling her to look harder, then some guy took over the speaker but you could still hear old loudmouth in the background yelling "what an idiot ". Instead of just simply answering her question. I placed a simple order, which by the way didn't have a price on it either, and while I was waiting for the lady in front of me to PU her order I could still hear old loudmouth up there barking at the lady. I PU my order, get back to work and it was wrong. I ended paying $5.30 for one chicken wrap and it wasn't one of the two I ordered. This place is a cluster blank."

"Wanted to order 8 piece chicken only all dark meat. Claimed they only had 4 pieces at 3:30 in the afternoon on a Sunday. Last time I will go here."

"Goes through the drive through orders an 8 piece meal, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes. They READ it back to you. And you leave with mother f-Ing cole slaw at the bottom of your bag? Like f me for not checking but when they read the order back to you ???? Mac and cheese,, cole slaw,,, no does not sound similar look similar different temperatures. The lack of attention to detail hurts my insides really."

"Just left there from getting a number 11 that Nashville hot chicken 3 piece not enough sauce on the chicken so I asked if they could add more. Was told I’d have to pay for it. Paying for it wasn’t a problem but it was hardly on the chicken to began with. They came off rude to me. And didn’t even bother to even look at the chicken. I’ll insert a picture. They clearly aren’t covered like the picture in the picture the whole chicken is red only the center of my chickens had the load of seasoning"
