"honestly every time i come here (usually late) i have AWESOME service. one time a couple months ago i was in the drive thru during a rush and someone in the back yelled “it’s not my fault every fat mfer in grand rapids came here tonight!” to another coworker while the drive window was open and i honestly can’t blame him for that but i think about it all the time. you guys rock and i hope that night got better."

So he decided to destroy our correct items. He also tried to intervene with the new employee while a manager was already taking care of us, adding tension to the situation for everyone."
