"This McDonald’s is so outstanding it’s actually moved me. It’s tucked away in the heart of various communities and establishments, making it a hidden gem where the traffic never stops. Yet, I’ve noticed its ratings don’t quite match up, which feels really unfair to the joint. My family and I have dropped by countless times, during both the hectic rush hours and for laid-back family meals, and we’ve been consistently impressed. The service is stellar, and the food never misses. Those undeservedly low ratings? They seem like an injustice to the dedicated staff there. "Hamburger was dry, fries cold. Just overall bad. Not the first time for this location. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese no ketchup. They scrapped off the ketchup and hardly no other condiments. Just awful. Back to Wendy's."

"Sort of disappointed. Stopped for fries and a diet coke. Also had to poop. What better place. Right? Wrong! What used to be a standard in cleanliness is no more. The last few McD's had been less than clean. Then to top it off, NO Toilet Paper! I have been going to McD's less and less, if the standards don't return to the past, I could be done. Burger King are cleaner, but typically the service is bad."

"New to area and not familiar with the touch screen ordering system, figured it out, wouldn't accept card payment, went to small counter, waited several minutes before what I am assuming was a manager, told her that it wouldn't take payment and screen said pay at counter, she seemed annoyed, completed my payment, and then loudly addressed a worker who was out in lobby area, who evidently wasn't supposed to be there. Won't return to this location, workers are getting dumbed down and lazy, taking away from the pleasant customer service."

"Ordered 2 McGriddles and 3 hash browns. I only checked the bag to make sure they gave me 3 hash browns. I got home to 2 McGriddles and 3 hash browns. Biggest disappointment of the week. My wife and I then both bite into the hash browns which were straight up hash. No potato. Worst experience I’ve ever had at fast food. Employees were great minus messing up the McGriddles."
