"Wing Boss is the same store as Dickies ..the app does not always work ad they advertise stuff you can’t get. if you ask right inside no one knows how to solve a problem.. managers cannot give you any price adjustments"

"The worst all around experience I have had in a while!! Ordered wings through the wing boss website for delivery, said they will be delivered at 6:40 and waited till 6:55 and called on my order because it had not arrived yet, once I called the phone number on the wing boss website it was Dickey’s bbq and they had told me that my order was done but had not been picked up yet. I was confused because I thought they were delivering it not a 3rd party. (AKA door dash) Well after that was all straightened out my food ended up getting delivered at 7:25 and the flowing things were incorrect on my order. I had ordered 20 boneless wings and 10 traditional wings. Order that was sent had no traditional wings in it. Ordered 4 different sauces and only got two. Wings were cold because they were over a hour old at this point. And of course the fries we’re soggy."
