"I was totally mistaken by the google reviews that claim this restaurant is a good place to dine in. I might have been unlucky or the people were being way too generous with their reviews on this restaurant. I will be extremely reluctant to revisit this place and would not recommend to anyone due to two reasons. 1. Foods were not so good as praised in many reviews. Broth of pho was too sweet and pancakes were too greasy. Overall quality of food was subpar compared to other Vietnamese restaurants in West Michigan. 2. Service was terrible. One of the servers (older lady) was rude. She never greeted or communicated with proper manners. She never made an eye contact when taking orders, never said a word even my wife and I said ‘thank you’ multiple times. She was totally ignoring us and made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable for the whole time. Hope this review helps the restaurant to improve. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone."

"They are straight up lying about MSG in their food. People who are allergic or intolerant of chemicals in food are in life threatening danger in this place. Vegetable stock isn’t salty and dark like soy sauce by itself. If you ever tasted clean vegetable stock you will know what I’m talking about. It’s ok to cook with MSG if you want , but you have to tell truth to a customer who is asking about it , as there is probably a reason why he is asking. Anyways this soup is easy to cook so if you don’t want my money i can cook it for myself . Look mine looks much better and there’s no “secret hidden ingredient added “ ! Don’t forget to add ginger to boil :)"
