"Very frustrating experience. Have not had issues in the past. Had 4 post op scripts for my daughter after wisdom teeth removal. They were sent one hour prior to my arrival at the pharmacy. Once I arrived I was told two more hours. I called three hours later and was told another two hours. So six hours for post op scripts. This seems like poor customer service, especially after being told by the pharmacist it would be two hours. I understand being busy but do not give people a time frame if you are not able to meet it. I found the staff member working the drive thru window to be rude as well. Very disappointing."
