"Horrible ! Ordered Online got there 10 minutes lates sub was never made , the staff is all young high and can’t comprehend English! Then they have the metal bar up so that you can’t see how your sub is being made! The said oh it’s bolted shut and corporate did it that way! Never will I buy from here!"
"Let me tell you what this lady did. Hold my beer. I got there and they’re talking to each other ignoring me for the first 5 minutes. Then they finally acknowledge me. The lady stares at the meat with contempt and then the other lady comes up and yells “You gotta ask him bread”! So then she gets the bread and starts individually placing meats on the sandwich like there’s zero chance there should be a hurry with the massive line behind me. Gets cheese and veggies on, and then it comes time to cut the sandwich…… SHE USED THE FLAT SIDE OF THE KNIFE TO BLUDGEN THREW HALF MY SANDWICH BEFORE SHE JUST GAVE UP. Wraps it up like a crumpled ball of garbage, hands me my drink cup with zero straw or lid. I look around there’s zero straws or lids anywhere by the drink machine. This is my own personal hell. I cry into my poorly made sandwich in the car because the dining area was gross. 2 stars for comedy."
"This a smaller, more crowded subway. The location is sandwiched between various other businesses inside the plaza. Not a brightly lit establishment. No drive-through. We waited in line for our order to be taken by the surly, apathetic teen girls working behind the counter. The wraps I initially wanted were out, as was my backup bread choice available. Our third bread choice was the last two on hand. A sandwich shop with no bread and no wraps?! The disgusted tone and eye rolling of the employee d8d not go unnoticed. The orders were made amongst what must have been employee on employee turmoil. Neither individual spoke to one another, the first employee that took the order disappeared, leaving the second to rearrange the toppings done incompletely. The employee was asked repeatedly to speak up, as we could not hear what was being asked from behind the sneeze guard. While waiting, this is when we noticed what we had stepped into; absolute filth. The entire store is disgusting. At first glance, the low, dingy lighting hides it. While waiting for sandwiches to toast, we noticed inches of pile-up dust and cobwebs, smears, and stains on both sides of the glass that had been there for quite some time. Food splatters, every table was covered. Crumbs as well. Piles of filth at the drink fountain with a sticker on the tea dispenser reading "out of order." The check-out counter, where nothing is eaten or prepared, had mountains of crumbs and crud everywhere. As we left, I noticed that the hanging signs designating where to order and where to pay had years of filth piling on them. First and last visit here."
"Not enough meatballs!!! I’m pissed! Not really mad, but the sub looked like it was missin a few meatballs. She asked what topping I wanted, and I said “more meatballs”. She stated the corporate policy for 8 meatballs to me. I’m not really mad, more entertained I heard the meatball policy from subway. That being said, do you want to be as a restaurant that provides the bare minimum? Good luck with that"
