"First time to visit Palermo pizza. We tried the buffet for lunch. The place was freezing at 12:00 noon. Staff was friendly and the place was clean. The pizza was not cooked long enough and the cheese was not melted. We said something to the staff and they said that they were sorry about that but didn’t ask if they could make us another pizza to replace the one that was undercooked. Very disappointed that the food was so poor in quality and they were ok with charging us full price for undercooked pizza."
