"Server was friendly and polite but service was extremely slow. When our food finally did come out, it was barely warm. It seemed like it had been sitting under a heat lamp awhile."

"The service was horrible. When we were sat down, We waited 10 to 15 minutes for a waitress to ask us if we wanted anything to drink that never came, so we asked for the manager. The manager never came. And to top it off when we sat down at the table the coffe pot was dirty and not washed. Then when we got our food I had orderd a scrumptious, strawberry hot chocolate and there was no gold flake sugar, and the whipped cream was like an inch and half thick with barely any hot chocolate, and the Hot chocolate had chocolate syrup, going down the side of the cup. We are never going back to this location again."

"This IHOP is great. Haven't been here in ages. The breakfast menu is extensive. I had the Colorado omelette with banana and strawberries. Breakfast was really good. My wife had the breakfast biscuit sandwich and was very happy with it. Will definitely come again."

"Great service, good food /and servings for the price. Had Western omelet with plenty of veggies and ham; also item off the Senior menu, scrambled eggs with ham. bacon done perfectly. The hot cocoa off the kids menu is utterly delicious ! Additionally our server was awesome, very attentive and checked on us periodically. Also like the fact that small coffee pot is left on the table to serve self, rather than having to wait for server to bring more."

"Today was the worst service experience in my life. You can see the waitress is not happy doing her job. We waited 15 minutes for the drinks. Then she went to take the order again because she lost the note. She didn't bring silverware, napkins and when she brought them At the table ,the attitude was so bad. The managers should be more careful with the work team."
