"Clean store helpful staff lots of verity"
"In January I found out I had a heart problem. By February 10 th I was taking 11 different medications. It was wonderful that the pharmacist helped me make sure I got all my medications. And my refills are automatically filled. I loved that I didn’t have any problems!!!"
"The store and most of the associates are welcoming and kind. The pharmacy on the other hand has a couple of pharmacist that are down right rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful towards coworkers in other stores. I unfortunately witnessed this on Dec.20th as the the pharmacist threw an out right tantrum and mistreated my doctors assistant when she tried to help with my prescriptions over the phone. I will not give that pharmacist another chance.!!! I almost forgot to mention, the pharmacist some how locked up my prescription and I cannot get it refilled..how is this possible.!?!?!?? I would like for Rite Aid corporate to get ahold of me.!!!"
"I've had issues with Rite Aid before in another town. This one has proven to be no different. Hours posted online are not accurate which is the mild irritation. My doctor changed an rx strength and since they didn't have it, they gave me the next strength up without any word or warning about it. It just said "Take o.5 every day". Well... I didn't notice, and being a new med... wouldn't have noticed difference in pill. And... 0.5 has a lot of meanings in medicine. Not "take 1/2 " but "take 0.5". Now insurance issues and other issues. Could have been dangerous. Glad it wasn't a controlled substance! Went in to get it corrected and line was long. Stood for 20 min and line didn't move. I was done. Now hours aren't accurate so I'm still without med."
"We came in for the HIGH DOSE flu shots 10/5 today. Only one person in pharmacy but she did a fine job of getting us processed as the line was building up. No complaints but one serious recommendation: There is nothing in the paperwork that tells the customer that they received the standard flu shot OR the High DOSE as was requested. We need to have that reassurance and it must be written on the FORMS so we can interpret that fact. Thank you."
