"I’ve had dinner here with a family member a few times now, and it’s always been pleasant. Service is friendly and quick, and the food’s been decent. This last time I tried their chicken marsala, and it wasn’t as good as I’d have liked. In some ways it reminded me more of sweet and sour chicken from a Chinese restaurant, but it wasn’t bad. I’ve tried Uccello’s pizza and wet burrito before, though, and those were all excellent. If you’re looking for a place to watch any sports games, they have lots of TVs showing the games. It’s definitely better than the national chain restaurants, but I wouldn’t plan on fine dining. They have solid meals served in a casual setting with good service."
"Good enough for needing food while out of town. Loved the large menu. The pizza looked amazing but did not try it. It's a franchise, but decent food. Great fries, loved them. HUGE place. Parking is tough. Not enough parking for how much seating they have, but you can park in the mall parking and walk over (I would do that next time versus fighting for tight parking). Your typical dark, somewhat noisy, large TV's sports bar. Draws large groups, but no one seemed obnoxious. Cons: The menus were disgustingly dirty and the tables felt dirty. They charge a 4% admin fee, even if you pay with cash. I think that is a low class. Set your prices as you need instead of essentially lying to people with false prices on the menu to lure us in, order, eat, and then be left with the higher bill. The notice of the 4% fee is on the door which satisfies state requirements but how about you be a classier business and print it in clear print on the menu. Own up to your prices instead of hiding behind them."
"We like a quieter dining experience, but the main largest part of the restaurant is quite loud, basically a sports bar, which a lot of people like. They do have 2 smaller side rooms that are much quieter so we appreciate that and try to get seated in those areas and usually can which we really appreciate! They do have a large menu with many Great choices. They have a cauliflower crust pizza that my husband feels is one of the best in the area, and he would highly recommend it!!! I usually order a salad and they have nice choices for that also! Service has always been good!"
"I was not very pleased with the service. I went on Thursday during happy hour and wanted wings. I noticed that they were just traditional and had asked if they could make them boneless. The waiter responded with I don’t think so, but I will check. My response was thank you, no matter what I want the happy hour wings. My food was brought out and I was so excited to see they were able to make the change. When the waiter came back to ask how are first few bites were. “I said thank you so much for getting these boneless with the happy hour price.” He responded with oh no I have them in as full price and I said “no I only wanted the happy hour price.” He proceeded to take my wings away and asked the kitchen to put in traditional wings. I understand that he was trying to make it correct but I already had eaten some of the wings. I feel as though a better response could have been I will comp those to the happy hour price and allow you to keep eating."
"We go here often because my daughter has Celiac Disease and this is one of the few places she can truly trust. The food is always delicious and I've honestly never had a bad server here. I highly recommend this place!"
