Little Caesars Pizza

"DO NOT GO HERE!!! Spend the extra $2 to get a better pizza and better customer service down the road at the 3 other pizza places in town. This place is very poorly run, poorly managed and lack training for their employees. Customers are an inconvenience, if I owned this location I would be embarrassed and would fire everyone and start from scratch to save what little dignity I had left. Ordered ahead of time to get pizza on the way home from work. Lol. Given a specific time in the app that it would be ready, turned out the time given was over a half hour longer. Got a text that pizza was finally done with the Pizza Portal code but there was no pizzas in the portal at all. Name was on the screen but nothing there. Just stacks of order getting cold on the table behind the counter. Proceeded to the counter to talk to someone waited almost ten minutes despite making eye contact with two different employees. When someone finally came to help they couldn't find my order and stood there looking at the same boxes several minutes before talking to someone in the back. The person in the back said that my order was already picked up, even though I had been there for over a half hour at this point. The same employee came back and asked me if I had already got my order despite me standing there empty headed. The person in the back said it was picked up already and it was going to be another 20min before Ithe pizza would be ready. Waited another 35 mins before they came out with my food without an apology or an offer to make it right . They still acted like I was in the wrong even though they admitted that they gave my order away. SMH."

"I typed my bad review while waiting in line 1 hour and 12 min. after my pizza was owed to be picked up at 5:00. At 5:50 it was said when I called inside from my pull ahead location, that the pizza won't be ready until 6:10pm. Seriously? Yet when they returned all my money and gave my pizza (after I requested it) I decided to erase my negative review. You wonder why am I typing now? Right around 6:05 the male employee who was at the drive in that I paid for my pizzas with (at 5:25) (who I feel just placed the order) this young punk walks out and with my vehicle off quiet and window cracked he in his rude way yells "SEE YA SHARP's!!!!!" Course I rolled down my window and yelled "now that was rude!!" He kept walking lifted up his hands as in to say F you and walked to his car in the far NW corner. Moments later the pizza came. I told this employee I eareased the negative review that I typed up while waiting because they made it in right standing with me. Then I went into what this employer said and did. I added he is sitting in his car. The employee laugh and said Oh he is like this.....I said welll this is horrible customer service and I wouldn't want his rude attitude working for my company . "It seems like they are intentionally making terrible pizza just to remind you that you get what you pay for. We got a deep dish ultimate supreme where one slice didn’t even have any toppings on it, a giant pile of green pepper in the corner and no where else, then someone took butcher knife to it and cut it into ridiculous slices on top of being very undercooked. We got a cheese pizza for the kids and all the sauce and cheese was piled into the center and it was 75% crust. I don’t think I’ve ever had a good experience at this location. I don’t normally write reviews but o feel like people need to know to avoid this location at all costs. Drive the extra ten minutes to Jenison or choose a different pizza place."

"3 stars at best. Pizza was so, so thin in the middle we just cut it off. The cheese was thicker than the center of the pizza. The rest of it was dough. Not cooked through. Tried to order 1 pepperoni pizza and two bread sticks. Didn’t have that on hand so one bread and one pizza. It was about 4pm. Overall, quick dinner but you have to finish baking it before eating. Not so convenient"

"The location is super convenient, but we constantly are getting awful crazy bread from this specific location. I honestly don't understand how they can take this out of the oven and think "yeah, this is adequate quality to sell". You definitely get what you pay for, but its pretty basic and there should be SOME quality standards. The attached pictures are from 2 different visits. One was a ball of bread and the other was burned, lacking ANY of the seasoning they put on the top, and some were paper thin."
