"I usually stop here just before I get to work late at night, about a half hour before they close. Each time I've been there I have not had any problem with my order, which is not a very big order, usually just a couple McChicken sandwiches or a daily double and a large fry. The services relatively quick and when I get the food it's hot. So I noticed from the reviews other people for whatever reason that they've stated aren't that happy with the service. All I can say is every time I've been there I've gotten exactly what I've ordered and I've been satisfied with it Fast food restaurants are usually given a very bad reputation but as long as I've been going to this location they have definitely provided me with a good product and service, simple as that I hope that will continue."

"The day shift is great, always provide awesome customer service and good food. But I just went there tonight & it was definitely a bad experience. Person taking orders in drive through was extremely rude and had an attitude..then the fries and nuggets tasted super old and gross. Won’t be coming on this shift again."

"everyone is always really cool here except one guy. Told me to pull ahead to wait for my food but when I did, yelled at me to back up to the window again for my drink instead of just bringing it out with the food. angrily called me a woman (?) and I had to pull back up to wait for the food. the girl who brought the food out was great but they didn’t give me a straw either. I didn’t yell or do anything to make him upset, just did what he asked me to do but it was irritating. also the drink was flat after everything"

"I'd rate the food, however I never got the $50 in food that I paid for. The employee who claimed to be the manager (doubtful, he looked 16/17 years old) was of zero help, rude, and not a care in the world that although they took the $50 payment, the order was "lost" in the system so I got zero food. They were rude, gave me the run around, and told me it wasn't their issue and I'd get a refund on 3 to 10 days. No, it's 5 to 15 days before a refund is given, and no compensation for the rude employees, almost 2 hour run around, and the kid who claimed to be the manager told me "to place another order and pay for it a second time" if I wanted my food order. I do not think so. We will never be returning, and I STRONGLY suggest refraining from utilizing their app, unless you have extra money to throw away. This so called manager said only one cent would be pended from my account. All lies. They took the full payment. He told me he could do nothing, which we all know is a lie. He had ZERO respect for customers, and zero customer service skills. He spent about 5 seconds in total trying to figure out where my order was, even when I had both receipts in my email and in the app to prove my order, along with my bank account open to prove the money was already taken out. I'm unsure who has over $50 to just throw away like that, but I do not. We will never be returning, and I seriously suggest avoiding this location at all cost."
