"Very slow and unorganized. Half of the time your order is wrong."
"Always check your food. Today, I ordered a burger with just mustard and ketchup. The label even says no onion or pickle and they put pickles on it. A few weeks before that, I used a coupon for two free fries with the purchase of a 20 piece. I got the nuggets; no fries. The people there are super nice, it would just be fantastic if I didn't have something wrong with almost every order."
"The food is horrible. They no longer offer free refills, and their prices are insane. I have no idea why people eat at McDonald's rather than Burger King. BK has better prices and their food is all natural. The only reason we ate here is because it's the only fast food place in town. I'll go hungry next time."
"Food was burnt and over seasoned. The first time I went up there both of my doubble quater pounders fell apart before I checked under the bun. The second time it was burnt and over cooked. I asked for them to redo it and I got back from the assistant manager it’s supposed to look like that. Don’t eat here if you want burnt food"
"A pretty decent McDonald's in Northern Michigan. The service was really great and the staff were friendly. The food came out hot which is all I ask. Still McDonalds food, but as far that goes this was fine."
