One More Grill

"We were there with a group. They had steak special with baked potato and salad. They were out of the steak with salad bar by 6pm. We bought the 18.99 steak and was not given potato and garlic bread and charged 4.99 for salad. We did tell our waiters and I was approached by who I think was owner saying I was being rude. I was not being rude by asking for lettuce and cheese to be filled as it was empty. The owners were not prepared for the amount of people and they were aware at least 3 weeks in advance. I felt bad for all the teens working and the girl waiting on us Really felt bad. I saw 2 grown people whom were owners not helping at bar he was sitting down. I have worked in bar restaurants and this is very poor on owners to not be helping and not prepared. The waiters gave us a gift card and I personally tipped her same amount. She could only get 10 percent off our bill and we had 2 18.99 steak with just a salad. Do not recommend them for a large group. If more then 4 go to russos in hopkins where owners are friendly and have kitchen stocked for customers. I also recommend Cocktails in hopkins. Never going back. I should not be yelled at for asking for what I am suppose to get with my meal and pay for."

"Meeting a friend for lunch, my first time here. It's a nice restaurant bar with a good selection of food items to choose from. Our server did not mention that they had a salad bar on the other side of the restaurant, would have gone to take a look at it so I can't comment on it. Food was good"

"Ate here on 11/25 evening with 7 other people. Food was horrible. One person out of 8 had a decent meal. There was a young man who came to the table and asked how our meals were. We told him food that all the soup was cold when served and several of the meals were cold. He then went back to the kitchen and informed them. They seemed to think it was funny as we could hear their laughter. We were seated within earshot and sight of the kitchen. This place needs an adult there to make sure that things are being served properly. Sorry, nothing against teenager workers but this team didn't care what was being served."

"First time coming here. The food was just ok with the exception of the fried pickles! Those were really good! Loved the live music. Staff was pleasant"

"Alicia was our server and was fantastic, she had several tables and never missed a beat! There was 5 of us and all of our food was fantastic, great job cooks! Only 4 stats because jukebox was playing so loud but our server noticed and she even told them to turn it down!"
