SAY Detroit Family Health Clinic

The SAY Detroit Family Health Clinic, located at 211 Glendale Avenue in Highland Park, Michigan, is a community health clinic with an on-site pharmacy that provides high-quality examinations, maintenance, and preventive healthcare for adults, regardless of their ability to pay. In addition to medical services, the clinic offers support groups and programs for women, moms, and babies, including a monthly fitness event and a program for moms and babies in their first year. The clinic also provides COVID-19 diagnostic testing by appointment for adults and children, with safety measures in place to protect patients and staff.
