"Haley was very knowledgeable and friendly. Our family went to the Ionia store to buy a reptile tank only. We walked out with a bearded dragon and all the supplies needed. We knew nothing about what we needed and Haley was absolutely wonderful educating us on what we needed to do to best take care of the newest addition to the family. We laughed and had fun in the process. Thank you Haley and the Ionia store."

"I like coming here to get the necessities for my lizard and fish. But the prices could be a little better. And the care for the reptiles needs major improvement. This poor chameleon needed help with getting his stuck shed off and I watched 2 employees just hurry up and give him and his other 2 companions in the habit water and hurried and closed the door. He was also housed with one different type of chameleon and a much smaller one-same with the leopard geckos and beardies. If you know the basics about reptiles, you should know that a much larger one and a smaller one CANNOT be housed together. I just wish there was some more compassion on that end of things with this company in general."

"A real nice clean business with lots of dog and cat and other animal foods stocked up and pretty good prices on food and pet supplies, some prices alittle high compared to other places like on dog training collars and toys. We got a nice dog leash and carhartt dog jacket for decent prices."
