Both the receptionist and x-ray technician were outstanding at their job. Made me feel very comfortable, confident and happy. Thank you for your service."

"Arrived to be told I have to reschedule because they have no internet. While I understand things happen, Ascension is a large healthcare system- you can't convince me that there is absolutely no access to your schedule to call your patients. This didn't just happen, you've known all morning, you had time to save your patients time. This location is out but another one a couple miles down the road is not- they can't access your schedule? Mammograms are scheduled by a central scheduling office, meaning your schedule is accessible elsewhere....Poor critical thinking and management."

"My wife had a mammogram here in June 2021. We have health insurance but the facility has never billed our insurance company, they just continue to send us bills. We have called many times to get this claim submitted to insurance yet no one follows through. Looks like they are sending this to collections. Meanwhile she is due for her yearly mammogram and obviously hesitant to make another appointment at this facility."
