"We got our chocolate lab almost 3 years ago. Breeder wouldn’t give us paperwork until we proved that we got her fixed. We sent her proof and still never got her AKC paperwork. Also, our poor Nestle has underdeveloped kidneys from birth and will probably only live another couple of years at most :( we spend a ton of money every month to try to keep her levels normal. Very sad because this is the best dog I’ve ever had and will only get to enjoy her for a few more years at most."

Their website is VERY clear about their policies and the way they run things and even with that they are quick to respond to offer more information wherever possible.
