"Normally I have a good experience here and I’ve even received assistance before, however, I went to drop off my packages, as per what my email directions stated and the woman named Kelly was extremely rude and kept interrupting me when I tried to explain what the email stated. She stated she don’t care what the email tells me to do and SHES telling me what to do! I was literally in there for less then 30 seconds. She’s Very rude and unprofessional and should not be working customer service if she can’t be kind and listen to customers."

"I came in to buy a gas line for my edger. The length was too short. Its about 10 minutes until closing and I call. I tell him I have the money but I'll be running about 5 minutes after closing. The employee bought the gas line and set it outside for me. I don't know if it was so he could go but he put it in a nice package with a note so whatever the reason I get to do my job tonight because of his little act of kindness. Good job True Value. I forgot his name but he deserves a raise. Lol."
