"I ordered my food- a simple order breadsticks, personal pizza, and small taco salad. I live around the corner but my car wasn’t working so I ordered delivery. Might i add every-time i tip at-least $10 even more depending on price. It took my food an hour and a half. Wasn’t a busy night, the man just completed delivering other food BEFORE mine which was right around the corner and the man on the phone said was the first to come in. My food was cold and soggy but I didn’t feel like the hassle of calling back and dealing with even more issues."

"This place is amazing! Every time we get food here it's so yummy even my picky grandkids love it. It's always made exactly how we ordered it and the staff are super friendly too."

"Had problems with the phone system where it would be open but wouldn’t answer in the past yet they were working.. then get a response on here for review that bc had new owners and that’s fixed, but I had other problems with the owner not even knowing how the pizza grinder is made and wants to argue with my dad on the phone about it!! That used to be a thing we would get consistently from here when it was the old owners and the owners before that! I will not be going back because why would I when the owner himself don’t even know how to actually make the food! Hopefully this changes and they remember how to or figure out how to make the pizza grinders because that is the main the my dad and I get.."

"Chicken club missing all the toppings and super dried out. Nacho chips were bottom of bag all crumbled and toppings were over cooked. This was a delivery that took 1 hour. Returned the food to the store after I paid for delivery, and was told by the Manager (Cheryl) if I was going to act upset (in so many words) she wasn't going to give me a refund. Seriously?? Cheryl agreed the order was unacceptable but wanted to argue about a refund and had the NERVE to tell me to not be upset over it. A refund was finally given, the money was slapped down on the counter and she yelled at her staff members the til was going to be short now because of me and then told me I was never allowed in the store again. This was my first time ordering from them, and will be my LAST time. Did she really think I would return for round 2 after this experience? This is what they choose to manage their business??? Pathetic!!! This place doesn't even deserve 1 star!"

"Overall great experience and amazing food at BC Pizza! Perfect crust and they don't skip out on toppings. Quick and friendly service. If you like a well built pizza this is the place. I will be back to try out more of the menu."
