"We moved down to the area in May 2023, applied for a spot for our 10 month old, and were immediately contacted and welcomed with open arms. We have had nothing but positive experiences with the staff who treat our son like family and keep us well informed on his day to day routine at the center! Staff are SO friendly, personable, and quick to greet us each day at drop off. As first time parents we feel so comfortable knowing our son is in their care and getting a positive and enriching experience as he grows. I have and will continue to recommend The Tree House to anyone looking for high quality childcare in the area!"

"When Jenny owned it, everything was awesome. Now that Sam owns it everything’s gone downhill. All the good staff have either left or been pushed out. The play area was a mud pit. Snacks were straight up things like marshmallows. I’d pick up our daughter and just see teachers on their phones or sitting in chairs watching boys hit each other, crying. Prices went up at the beginning of the year, justified by “offering competitive wages to keep top talent.” But all the top talent is gone. Food prices were a part of that as well, and yet marshmallows? Lol He dismissed some friends because they asked why he didn’t have a generator for a power outage. Another friend was dismissed because she asked why none of the new teachers are ever introduced. Staff have been fired for being critical of Sam as well. Dude can’t take criticism. Dude can’t take much of anything really. Got to read an interesting incident report where he belittled a staff member & chased a family out. He shouldn’t be in the childcare business. But what sucks is a bad review won’t hurt him because there’s a shortage of childcare. So he knows he can keep making money. Our kids classroom was around $1020/mo. For a little over half that we found excellent, top tier, childcare elsewhere. And we never have to worry that we will step on Sam’s fragile ego & get kicked out."
