Big Boy

"This place should be torn down, extremely dirty, quality of food was far below fast food quality, and service was really slow. The booths still have "no smoking section" on walls, to tell you last time the actually upgraded. Seats in booths were all torn up, and we washed our hand several times cause the table had a greasy residue. Paid $80 for 4 people before tip, all had the big boy hamburger baskets, which IMO was a way too much for what you got. For a sit down resturaunt I was expecting more, will never do another big boy after this experience."

"The Staff was attentive and great. However the food was average. I think Culver's have them beat on the food. I agree with the other reviews on this location that it is in bad need of a remodel or a rebuild. I believe this is a company owned establishment. Elias Brothers of Warren, Michigan need to check out this property and make arrangements for a remodel. There's a lot of reviews remarking on the place including the bathrooms being dated."

"Drove an hour just to go to a Big Boy because the one where we live shut down. Very disappointing. The food was cooked all the way and yet burnt in some spots, the service was shotty and this is the dirtiest restaurant I have ever been to. And for as much as we paid, I shouldn’t be leaving hungry, but I won’t eat the slop- but I won’t send back because of how long it takes to get the food."

"I’ve been going to this Big Boy for decades. They have the best waffles. This location needs a remodel badly. It’s unchanged since I was a kid."

"Classic Old School Big Boy. Bathroom has not been updated in over 40 years! Maybe more. Nice staff and food is wonderful."
