"Food was excellent! Service was great! Had an interesting experience with a disgruntled customer and have never been so impressed at how the management handled the situation. Management came quickly. Tried to deescalate the situation, and were very impressive at setting boundaries and not allowing the man to verbally abuse the young, female worker. Then further attended to the upset employee and removed her from the situation. Another manager stepped in to help finish the orders in process with the other employee. Will definitely be back to support the businesses because of this. Kudos to the employees and management."

"Strike 3. Today was my third time attempting to patronize this business in Baldwin. Every time including today I've tried to patronize this location, I've had to wait to be served even when there are no other customers present. I don't know what the business model is for this location, but customers do not seem to be a priority. I left with no food because even after waiting 10 minutes, with no other customer in front of me, I was told that I needed to wait when 3 workers including a manager were present. I've patronized many Chester Chicken locations in my travels and this is the worst."

"Went in for lunch in the Baldwin mi Chester’s chicken and was so very disappointed. No regular chicken strips ready and was told that the cook was in the middle of something and could not make any. Ended up getting some nasty chicken on a biscuit and it was soaked in honey. Went and left and the cook was outside on their phone and smoking. There should be plenty of chicken made for the 12 pm to at least 1 pm so people can get what they want and not have to settle for what’s there. So disappointed."
