"We grew up in the Custer area and have lived outside of MI for the past 13 years for my husband's military career. We've ordered a ham for Christmas to 3 different states now. This last one came with a hole in the package and while it's probably still safe to eat, Sanders is sending another just in case. I love being able to support local business even when we're not local anymore. Great company, great food."

"We actually found this place by accident but we were glad to have stumbled upon it. We picked up a couple of packs of beef jerky. The backwoods jerky is great, but the peppered jerky is better. Next time we will have bring a cooler and bring home some of their (massive) steaks. Also, free smells. :)"
