"Bought carpet from them , hired them to install our LVP flooring to the tune of $6000 for pure labor. Needless to say the carpet had to be restretched and our stairs were destroyed by initial installer, and many other issues with the basic flooring also. All that material for the stairs ( that we already bought) had to be ripped out and scrapped. BB did purchase replacement material for the stairs. It has been an ongoing saga since August. All is done now and we are going with another company to help us out. Vet who you hire to do installations and maybe these issues can be avoided. I think 3 stars is very generous"
