"Have not been going as much as I used to...but stopped in a week or so ago after seeing they now offered Crème brûlée....had one at a good price...it was amazing!! Garnished with fresh fruit...it was beyond Good!! Firstly, it is a dish that is hard to perfect... I'll be back!!"

"Review is for the restaurant not hotel. My husband have been dining in or ordering takeout at least a couple times a month since we moved to Lewiston seven years ago. Sadly, the Lewiston Lodge has gone noticeably down hill since it was sold to new owners a couple of months ago. Under previous ownership, the food was consistently good and fairly priced. Now, we aren’t sure what we’ll get when we eat at the Lodge. For example, the dressing for the oriental chicken salad has been different every time we’ve ordered it since the new owners took over; sometimes the salad comes with the original dressing, but other times it comes with a similar but not as good dressing. Portion sizes are smaller but prices have stayed the same. Ingredients aren’t of the same quality. Even the takeout containers have been changed from nice sturdy plastic to cheap styrofoam. We could always count on the Lodge for consistency, but that is no longer the case."

"Horrible just Horrible service, it was 2 pm last Sunday, the place had like 6 tables open with lake view. It was just my wife and I. The girl said we reserve them tables for 4 or more, ya I get it but the place was empty, so she walks us over to a table that's literally 2 ft x 2 and a half foot back in the corner, I said I would rather have the one in the middle of the room its bigger, it was a table with 4 chairs, well she gave me that whatever look and sat us. About 5 min later the server gives us a menu, now we were celebrating my birthday so price and food choices was not an issue. So I order a ribeye steak server said we don't have any but we do have something like it but I don't know what it is, then wife orders fish and asked if she can get it broiled, server said it comes like it said on the menu, we got up and left. Now I figured with the bottle of wine I was going to have and 2 or 3 appetizers along with 2 dinners would have been around 200 bucks. So the rude hostes and the waitress lost about 45 in a tip along with a customer. BTW I bought a place in the area last Month so I would have been a regular customer, not a good first impression."

"Go get yourself the blue cheese steak salad right now, it was so delicious. The mushroom bisque was incredible. The maple butter and dressing were also made in house and very tasty. Loved our experience! Ribs were tender. The clam chowder was mid."
