"The employees are always understaffed and overwhelmed and it definitely shows. There’s always unpacked boxes in the aisles which make shopping with a cart nearly impossible. Paper and cleaning products are always out of stock. There’s only one refrigerated shelf and it’s broken down half of the time. I always feel horrible for the people working because it’s obvious they need more help. The staff is always very kind nevertheless though."

"Every time I come in this family dollar its trashed. Almost every isle is filled with boxes or things they need to put away. One time I came in there for a soda...couldn't find the isle that has it. I asked the clerk and she pointed behind her where they were all in crates..i had to move 3 crates myself to get the soda i wanted. They need better management and be better organized"
