"I had to give you one star to be able to post. But I don't think you even deserve a half a star. You sat at our kitchen table and told us all your men were trained before they ever come out on a job. That is not true if these guys were trained. I would hate to see your untrained staff. It looks like a 2-year-old could have done a better job installing these windows. Chaulk all over, and on my carpet that will not come off. These windows were very expensive. The windows appear to be nice windows. But they're not level. It was just a very very poor job. You have had plenty of time to make this right. Still have not. The name on the account is Ed Crawford. You will find that name. He just tried calling you. No answer. Your guys say they will be here and never show up. They also do not call to say they won't be here. Or when they are coming. Looking at some of the reviews it seems to be common practice."

"The contractors were nice efficient and very courteous to all my questions. These are before and after of my big window i have 2 of these that were leaking so much air. I can already tell difference with being actually warm in my living room without blankets. Replaces some old windows upstairs as well."

"Very pour communication. From the timeshare pitch the pure pressure to buy know and lack of communication after the company should be ashamed of there follow up . They won't last long in Petoskey doing business like this. They said windows didn't need weather tape on outside so I'm posting a picture of what they wrapped in metal this is not the way windows should be installed. Was told there was interest free financing for one year then they wanted 1300$ dollars because I was a cash deal overall the windows are nice but the company is run pitiful. Have tried to get answers to questions with couple different people and no one answer back. Update after the company seen there 1 star rating I was contacted by a representative and she admitted that they dropped the ball on us as a customer and was going to make it right that was 5-6 weeks ago and was told they was sending us out a gift card for dinner because she said the buck stops with her. Haven't seen a thing. They responded to my review by saying putting weather seal tape is not required by building code this is a joke if anyone puts replacement windows in they seal them if not run the other way. I have had a few friends ask about this company and I tell them to do there homework. I personally would not use them again even if the windows are a good product the company is not. She also ask if I would change my review and I refused I feel like anyone purchasing windows has the right to know our experience so they can legitimately make there decisions who is right for them."
