"So much filth on the floor in the kitchen, youd wonder if its ever been swept or mopped. Very filthy employee habits attract mice and rats to the property. Mice issues inside the kitchen. Very unsanitary environment with employees who seem happy keeping it this way."
"2 people standing around, nobody came up to the counter. Finally got our order curly fries were cold and hard, and so were the sandwiches! It was disgusting! We wound up going to McDonald's instead! Don't you care about Customer service anymore? Where was your Pride serving your product? This was Friday the 21st, evening shift. We always looked forward to Arby's after shopping. Not now."
"Awful customer service at this location. I stopped going for a few months because the girl working the counter called me a r*tard. Decided to give it another shot the other day, placed an online order, got there within ten minutes, was told my order didn't exist, and when I did get it, somehow everything was already cold and soggy. Avoid if you want good food."
"We were in the drive through for twenty minutes. Two people left ahead of us in line, leaving only three cars ahead. Food was good, but not worth the wait."
"Not sure what is up with all the negative reviews It is a nice clean arbys and the staff is super friendly and very helpful. Food tasted fresh and was nice and hot. Don't get abrys to much because I'm in newberry but I have never had an issue with this location."
