"The pharmacy employees are beyond fantastic. However, in the grocery dept, you need to pay attention to expiration dates. They do have great produce I have to say that. Almost all employees are nice especially the cashiers ( when you can get up to them!) Checkout is a nightmare, they never have enough employees/lanes open, so it takes forever to checkout. Their pop bottle return machines are slow as molasses. So basically, I only go there if there is a heck of a sale going on. Sorry Family Fare, just being honest."

"Clean and good service. Their prices are a bit inflated as they are the only show in town. Edit 2020 prices are a bit inflated due to convenience and I understand that but if you have to inflate your prices then you should provide good customer service today January 26th 2020 9:21 am I purchased a simple item, one item and the cashier bagged it I told her I did not need it bagged because I could carry it out and as I walked away she "had to wait till I bagged it to tell me he didn't need a bag" to another employee. I'm sorry if taking a bag back and using it for another customer is bad for this company or that cashier and I'm sorry if I don't want to be bothered with a bag but she didn't ask me if I wanted a bag she just wanted to complain about a customer within ear shot of said customer, family fare probably ought to train their staff to be a little bit more professional when dealing with their customers because otherwise this will just be a convenient stop, you can drive 20 mi and any direction and get better pricing and better selection, where they can shine as customer service and they did not do that today."
