"So, I know you guys never answer your phones, so I thought a review would get more attention. I ordered 2 subs off the app. Asked for avocado, no avocado. Which I paid for. Also got jalapeño on the other sub and, made a note to have some more on the side. Received no jalapeños at all. I know it’s a busy weekend but it’s really frustrating, especially when I know you’ll never answer the phone so it could possibly be rectified. I tipped before hand and wish I wouldn’t have. I know you guys work hard but wth."

"Normally I would rate the girls five stars cause they get my order right every time. I try to order something slightly different than what I usually order and use a coupon for it and not only was the coupon not for the amount it said it was for, it was because he added 2 extra scoops of chicken a pickles than I specifically asked not to be on there. My normal sandwich is this. 1 scoop of one kind of meat (usually rotisserie chicken) 1 scoop of any other I choose (usually steak but this time I chose , pepper jack cheese, and sometimes bacon sometimes not, this time was not, all veggies (and this is very important) except pickles. I don’t want pickles on here and I thought I made that very clear. Why are there pickles on it? And lastly southwest chipotle sauce. They told me it’s not called southwest chipotle sauce anymore it’s called baja something. Anyways when I questioned the employees about it they were very rude young boys and basically ignored my deeper inquiries to what exactly my coupon did? Which they told me it was actually $17.99 before the coupon which I know isn’t true because I usually order this same order every subway I go and it is never that much. He said it was because the teriyaki chicken I picked out is apparently the most expensive meat you can order, more expensive than steak?????"
