"Not sure why their hours are posted to 11pm because when I stopped in the drive thru tonight at 9:15pm no one answered several times, and when I pulled around to the window they refused to make eye contact and just ignored me. All the lights were on inside, and a customer had just pulled away as I pulled up. So word to the wise, if you're pulling through Gladstone at night you can't really count on this McDonald's to take your order even if it's during open hours."
"INCREDIBLY SLOW! This has been a constant problem at this location. Blame is passed on to labor: not enough, don’t show up, very slow. No matter the issues, they need to be fixed by management! Figure it out."

"Rating compared to other McD's restaurants. There were cut flowers on the tables. The staff was a pleasure to engage. Service was fast. Meals were hot. They made fresh coffee just for me."
"Finally got to visit the inside of this half gas station, half McDonald's after it closed the inside for COVID. The inside seems to have gotten a remodel and looks great. Food is always great and served fast. Servers are nice and friendly towards customers. Honestly prefer this McDonald's to the one in esky by far. I live in Manistique and love McDonald's and we just don't have one in my town so I always look forward to swinging by this McDonald's before we go home."
