"Took my dog for an appt. Booked w one groomer and got a totally different person. No offense to the girl but I feel I should have been called and told. It's hard on my pet w strangers. Also a materials fee of 6.99 is ridiculous. Never been charged one before anywhere else. You need materials to work on an animal that should be part of the price Between that and the price I paid for a partial groom I will not be back. 40.00 for nails..bath that i didnt ask for.....face trim and Paws is crazy. I felt really upset."
