"Hands down the best restaurant in Lake Gogebic. The smoked duck and wild mushroom Marsala is one of the most original and tasty dishes I’ve ever had, and I am not even a fan of mushrooms. The burgers are all hand crafted and there is a venison burger that is amazing. And if you’re looking for a steak, this is the spot. Best steak I’ve ever had. Ever."

"Although it's a new arrival here in the Northwoods, I hope the Fin and Feather decides to stick around. The atmosphere is wonderful and the staff (including the owners!) are incredibly personable and clearly passionate about what they do. My family and I had the pleasure of being some of their first guests and can say without a doubt that we will be returning to try more of the food. Chef Steve has taken the ingredients that make our neck of the woods stand out, and elevated them masterfully. Everyone at the table was reaching across to one another's plates in order to try a bit of what we had all ordered. The fish was flaky and moist. The housemade dressing on the salad was to die for. And the burger - venison, of course - was thick, juicy, and well-complimented by the added sides. I can say without hesitation that the Fin and Feather is a gem to have out here on the Lake, and I await my next meal with excitement."
