"This is my second time coming here, the last time was 12 years ago. My boyfriend and I decided to come here, I'm really glad !! The food was amazing!! The waitress was awesome and friendly. We had to wait about 10 minutes or so, so it was not too bad. We waited at the bar, drinks were awesome, and the bartender was friendly and awesome!! We ordered the Seafood Fondue for the appetizer, it was so good, the tortilla chips that came with it were delicious . ** side note personally I wouldn't mind it if it came with more spinach lol I love spinach, but it was delicious My boyfriend ordered the Chicken Orleans, he let me take a bite, it was really good. The only thing we agreed on was it was a bit too salty, we're both not really salt people, plus my boyfriend can't really have salt due to heart issues, not sure if it's supposed to that way, I mean was it horribly salty? No,he took what he didn't finish home. So other than the salt it was really good!! I ordered the seafood risotto, omg now that was just, wow.. So damn good, even my boyfriend agreed, he said he's gonna order that next time!!! I also ordered the garlic butter grits creamy, so amazing best grits I've had!!! So all in all our experience was awesome!!! ** side note** I was kinda bummed that they no longer have gator bites lol"
"Truly authentic! The shrimp and grits, and jambalaya were my favorites. We ended up going twice in the week we were visiting. My only negative is the booths are pretty tight for any plus size folks."
"A charming basement establishment with awesome NOLA inspired decor. Our waiter was super friendly and attentive without being intrusive, but was prompt with refilling drinks and checking in on us. Most importantly, our food was SO good. The portions are beyond generous. I think my plate could have served a family of four, but I'm not complaining. We shared boudin balls (tender, salty, delicious, my boyfriend was drooling over the honey mustard dip), he had the cajun seafood cavatappi and I ordered the seafood risotto. I also had their house sweet tea which tasted very unique in a great way, I think I could drink a gallon of the stuff. Both of our dishes were packed with seafood and delicious flavor. We will absolutely stop here anytime we visit Marquette."
