"Stopped in at this cafe on a road trip along the UP. It was at the perfect time to break up.our road trip in a small town along the way. We got there within an hour of closing and it was busy with lunch goers! Clearly a popular local spot as well as a great stop in on the road. The space felt welcoming and homey, with a great friendly waitress and comfortable tables to sit at. The food was perfect, each of our party having sandwiches that were hot, fresh, and oh so tasty. Had we still been hungry it sounds like the pie would have been a must as well! This turned out to be the perfect stop and a cafe I would readily go to again!"

"Had lunch on Friday we both had the perch. The outside was a little dark and just a little overcooked for me but was still good. The fries were ok and the salad was fresh. Stopped at the city campground on a rainy day and walked over. Did not have the pie. Would stop again"

"We happened in on Friday, which is when they have fish fry, we all got perch, and it was great. The fries were not stellar but certainly good enough. They also came with a salad, which tasted fresh. I neglected to take a picture of my fish. The breading seemed a bit dark, but it tasted like the oil was not overused and not burned."
