"Very friendly and helpful staff. However, I had issues using this store as an Amazon pick-up location. I was unable to pick up my package within the seven-day window, so UPS was supposed to pick it up and return it to Amazon. However, the package was marked as "Picked up by customer", so it is no longer listed as an available pick up. It is in a state of limbo as I try to figure out how to get a refund despite the fact that the package is still at the locker. The staff tried to help, but unfortunately this appears to be an issue with UPS or the Amazon system."
