Walmart Pharmacy

"When talking especially about antibiotics for an infant I should not be told on 3 different occasions one day that his prescription will be ready in 15 minutes only to come in the next and still be told its not ready. Will be changing pharmacies and recommending everyone with young children do the same"

"I found out on a Saturday that my insurance company wanted prior authorization on a medicine I have been on FOR YEARS !!. Without my insurance it would have cost $404.00 !! The staff at the Wooster Walmart went out of their way to explain to me the options I had and even showed concern about me being without my medication. MORE THAN MY INSURANCE COMPANY DID !! The pharmacist assured me they would contact my doctor Monday morning and they did !! YOU ROCK !!"

"They are always on top of everything. Couldn't find my sons meds tonight called them on short notice and they filled it super fast. Thank you ladies and gentle man for always having such great service."

"Normally I had no issues with this pharmacy, but there is one incident that is inexcusable in my opinion. I called in my prescription and went in to pick it up two days after it was "ready". This lady (who was completely inexperienced and had no clue what she was doing) processed to tell me that they were out of my prescription. Now they knew from the time I called it in to when I came to pick it up that they did not have it and were not going to have it ready for me. They never called me to tell me that it was not ready. They sent me a text that my prescription was ready to be picked up. The lady that told me they didn't have it never tried to make it right, did not offer to call it in to another pharmacy, did not apologize because I made a special trip to pick up my prescription that I needed. She was extremely rude and had the worst customer service skills I have ever seen in my life. So I had to wait almost another week for my presentation to come in and had to make another special trip to pick it up. I will not ever be using Walmart pharmacy again"

"I have No problems with them, I had to get my prescription transferred to them, they took care of it, with my Doctors help. once your scripts in their file, it's fast and easy. just call them in.. thumbs up"
