"Service here has really been a mixed bag. When I first started, it was rough to get going, but then it was smooth sailing for about a year or so, once the initial paperwork was organized. Now it’s a new year and they have botched the approval process with my insurance and have caused me to miss a dose of my medication. It’s very hard to get a hold of anyone on the phone for help and I keep getting told a new name for who to contact. I hope they fix their issues or else I may see if I can go elsewhere. The most positive thing I can say is that the nurses are really awesome. But the office staff at the bigger company could do better."
