"Had a simple question, would have taken max 30 secs to answer. Instead, I was ignored for 5 mins while I stood there patiently. No acknowledgement either. Of-course you're busy, but a simple "I'll be right with you" goes a long way. Drove 2 minutes down the street to CVS, got my question answered and bought what I needed from them."
