"Very nice and fast. I even had to take my daughter to urgent care very late and had to pick up medicene 10 min before they closed and they filled them up for her without hesitation. I’m not looking for a mom and pop shop pharmacy so it’s nice to just pick it up and leave."

"Best pharmacy in town. The wait is never too long and if you download the app it makes life so much easier because it lets you refill your prescriptions and notifies you when they are ready for pickup. Never had a problem with them."

"Absolutely awful!!! Waited in the drive thru line for an hour (with a screaming 2 year old) after getting multiple messages that my prescriptions were ready just for them to not give me the one that I needed. I waited at the window for them to get it ready and they GAVE ME THE WRONG MEDICINE! As I’m NOT MINE. It wasn’t even a medication anyone in my house took or has ever taken. Then after apologizing to the young man working the window and explaining that I had to have the missing prescription the pharmacist came to the window with the worst attitude to tell me it would be 45 min and to get back in line (because that’s how long the line was.) Then I go inside to wait so my child didn’t have to sit in the car for another hour and they had the audacity to be rude about me waiting inside!! Needless to say we will be switching pharmacies."

"Second time trying to pick up medicine at this pharmacy, spoke with the pharmacist who says it will be ready in about an hour, had the prescription then, that was at 1045. Two hours later (1245) the girl at the drive thru window said “looks like we just got that one, it’ll be about 45 minutes and we close at 1 for lunch.” So I guess their hour after calling is gonna be after 2 instead of 12 even when their pharmacist gave me a much earlier time. Sounds to me like she didn’t wanna mix the liquid before lunch. If we could give a 0 stars would have based on these visits. Looks like it’s gonna go somewhere else from here on out."

"Had a prescription called in from the emergency room, waited 3 hours for it to be filled.... since they weren't answering their phone. When I got there, the drive thru was backed up to the main entrance. So I went inside. The inside had a line all the way down a aisle directly in front of the pickup window. While I'm waiting I hear people that are in line with me complaining about them not answering the phone. I laughed a bit and agreed. The stores intercom had someone saying every few minutes, " pharmacy, you have a call on line......" I laughed a little bit more. When I finally got to the window after waiting in line for a half hour, my kids prescriptions still hadn't been filled. 2 prescriptions. That's it. I told them that I had been waiting for hours, and that I live in a different county. That I just couldn't wait and make my family suffer any longer in a hot vehicle. It was 85 degrees outside. There is no excuse for this with 3 PEOPLE WORKING!!!!!! I'VE INSTALLED THE SECURITY ALARM SYSTEM IN THE KROGER PHARMACY IN MIAMISBURG OHIO IN 3 HOURS BY MYSELF. THEY CAN'T PRINT 2 LABELS AND SQUIRT MEDICATIONS INTO 2 BOTTLES IN 3 HOURS WITH 3 PEOPLE!!!!"
