"The drive-thru sound/speaker system is god awful. It also doesn’t help that the pharmacist on site and the tech were both nasty and unprofessional toward me. I won’t ever go back there again."

"This used to be a great place for service, items, Kroger items, pharmacy. It's always had the same nice, gruff lady, that is super slow, and always left alone to work, *Before, during, and still Covid". The pharmacy is now not answering calls, the hours are wrong online, scripts are 2-3 days and they are out of so much. We give one more chance after shopping at this store for decades, if it remains the same no more. Welcome to Kroger Pharmacy! BTW my Doc sent them the script to treat severe pneumonia. Thanks walgreens... BTW the manager said "Oh, well our pharmacy closes at 6pm, go to our Ft. Wright store or Florence" and hung up the phone on my wife!!!!"

"Very handy. Can get meds refilled and pick up odds and ends I need. Staff friendly and helpful. A bit tough to access now due to lane separators, but worth the effort. ."

"I went to the clinic on 42 & Mall. I was completely misdiagnosed. They refused my meds. Two days later, I was able to get into my Dr. and I was so sick. I wound up with 3 scripts and missed 5 days of work. I contested the $56 bill not because of the $ but the principle of terrible, terrible service. I wrote letters and included my Dr. statement and diagnosis. No one would respond. I called and was promised return calls. Nothing. Over 1 year later, I get a bill and called once more. I was told by the caller (Located outside of the US that my file was reviewed and they could find no fault. Never, never will I go there again. Stay far, far away"
